HaloStep began with a simple observation: umbrellas keep your head dry, but they do nothing to help you see the puddles, curbs, and uneven pavement ahead.

Our Mission

We are turning an everyday compact umbrella into a more useful companion for wet city nights. The Neon Pathfinder combines familiar rain cover with a downward-facing LED ring that projects a bright path onto the ground ahead.

Designed for the Walk Home

HaloStep is made for late-night commuters, dog walkers, and anyone navigating dark sidewalks in the rain. Its concealed USB-C rechargeable battery delivers up to four hours of illumination while the folding format stays easy to carry.
